Page Caching

Hello All,

When I submit a form using POST, then click on a link, then try and move back to that first page, IE gives me a PAGE HAS EXPIRED error. I have to refresh and re-submit the form to be able to access it.

Could someone please show me the CODE to stopping this expiration?
