Please, need Help!!!

Well, after reading my servers _-erro-log file I realized that one of my php pages is giving this error:

/www/htdocs/solo/noticia.php: Last leak repeated 38 times
/www/htdocs/solo/noticia.php: Freeing 0x084B3FA0 (2 bytes), allocated in zend-scanner.l on line 949

How can I stop this?
My error log is getting bigger and bigger. Can this make my server slow?

Which version of PHP are you using? maybe it's time to upgrade to fix the leak.

PHP Version 4.0B2
Do you think upgrading will fix the problem?

Well, the B is not in the version for no reason :-)

PHP has moved on to 4.0.3pl1 due to several bugs, including memory leak problems.
