I have a php bulletin board. however it takes so long to upload to my ftp site that it's stupid. so when i change something i have to re upload it then if it's wrong upload it again and so on. is there something that will let me view my bulletin board on my computer, then i can upload it when i'm happy with it. like Microsoft internet explorer does for html and java script and so on, cuz explorer don't work for php
