How to upload files automatically??

If I know the file names and paths stored in the client-side, ex:
c:\images\001.jpg
c:\images\002.jpg
c:\images\003.jpg
Could it possible to upload those files automatically only by press a submit button??
How to do that?? Thanks.

even use the client-side language like JavaScript is impossible I think.
