Moving the Array Pointer

I have a Multi-Dimensional Array like this:

$sec["inventory"] => "Inventory Items";
$sec["info"] => "Billing Information";
$sec["other"] => "Other Items";

I know that reset($sec) will move the pointer to the first element and end($sec) moves the pointer to the end.

How can I set the pointer to the second item in this array?

AND WITHOUT USING next($sec) or prev($sec)

First, that's not a multi-dimensional array, that's a one-dimensional associative array.

Since this is the case, there really is no "second" element. There is no guarantee that the order you use to assign is the order that php stores them as. I am assuming that to get to the second element you would want to do:

print $sec["info"];

otherwise, i need more info
