Sort several fields

Hi folks...

Maybe this question is quite easy but it makes me a big headache. In my database I have 2 fields calling name and age. What I want to do is to read out all entries and sort them at first by the name and inside this by the age, so that :

peter 19
peter 21
peter 27
tommy 12
tommy 15
:

The following command

Select * from database Order By name,age

sorts the result only by name and forget about the age inside.

Maybe someone can help ?

Add this to your query "ORDER BY calling name, age"

On Default the result is sorted in a ascending fashion. To specify the sort type add ASC or DESC at the end of each field.

for example:
"ORDER BY calling name DESC, age ASC"
