gmdate?

Ok I've added a gmdate code to the front page of my website. www.eyecravedvd.com

The server it set to Eastern Standard Time. and around 9pm the page flips to the next day. For example today is Tues, Feb 13, 2001 @ 9:19pm

When I go to the page it says it's Wed, Feb 14, 2001.

I checked with the server and returns the proper date and time. Why is it giving the wrong date and time? or how do I fix it?

OK know I know why it's doing it because it's formatting it GMT time but how to I set it EST??

Use date() and not gmdate().
