MySql/Php Database Connection Problem

Hello Every Body,

when I'm doing an insert (using mysql database) it produces the following two error messages :

Warning: MySQL: Unable to save result set in [file].

Lost connection to MySQL server during query

any suggestions?

REPAIR TABLE tablename1,tablename2 ...;

Cause System Crash Mysql Don't save state for roll back
Table is damaged

another way
myisamchk -r table_name

But Warning Table will not recovery fixing is a delete damaged records.
