I've searched everywhere for material on PHP's SOAP support, which (correct me if I'm wrong) is nonexistant. Now there are maybe a dozen messages in these forums about how easy it would be to create this, but none seem to declare that they are doing so.
So without further ado, I am.
If somebody is already pursuing this as a project, please let me know before I start duplicating your work, that way I can help out. If you are interested in helping me out, you are VERY welcome to contact me about doing so. I'm no SOAP pro (quite new in fact), so I'll need help.
I'm not thinking this is too large of a project, and I'm debating over whether or not to throw a page up somewhere for it (I probably will), which at least could allow people to sign up to a discussion list or something. But this will have to wait until my host's support guys/gals regain consciousness, as they don't seem to be responding to the fact that they've been down for 4 days.
Anyway...
