Can someone write a script, which can make all uploaded pictures to only 20 kb in site? I thing I shall use GD, but??? The name on the file is "$file".

Okay, let´s me try again...
I have made a form, which can upload a picture, but some person upload pictures on e.g. 1 MB. Can someone help me with a script, which can copying the picture to only 20 KB!
