Hi,
is it possible to check if a browser supports or not Macromedia Flash using PHP code?
I would like to give different contents based of the user configuration.

PHP is SERVERSIDE...If there is a way of detecting FLash capability, it will be through HTTP,not PHP.
most everyone who has a flash plugin will be prompted automatically to download the latest version when their flash player encouters something that cannot be deciphered. however the netscape 4 player is buggy in that respect and people without flash entirely won't get the prompt either. macromedia has a few pointers on their flash site regarding how to take care of this problem on the client-side.
