regular exp

Hey guys, I\\'ve been working on regular expressions later, but I\\'ve have been stuck for a whole week trying to extract urls from a file.

<a href://www.yahoo.com class=\\"somethin\\">yahoo</a>

I need to extract \\"href://www.yahoo.com\\" and \\"yahoo\\", that would be the url and the text between <a..> and </a> . does anyone can give some help please?
