Hey,

I have the following situation:

<ul><!--insert: 22781-->

</ul><!--end: 22783-->"

how do I change the "<a href="message/88888.html">"

to something like "<a href="http://mydomain.com/message/8888.html"

meaning, all I want to do is insert "http://mydomain.com/" into the links.

html has a base href tag. just put that at the top of your pages. youll have to check the syntax of it.
