Truely dynamic forms?

I am trying to make a html form draw itself based on the number, name and type of fields in a mysql table. I've got that far, but I also need to submit them back to the database. I used a loop to draw the fields
but how should I go about submitting the fields?
My goal is to only have to add a field to the database and have it imediatly show up on the form.

any suggestions?

How are getting the field info. from the DB? I assume you are putting the field info into an array? Use that same array to build a sql statement. If you build a little function that recieves the array it could then return a variable that is formatted in a sql statement. Just make sure you name the form fields the same as the table fields.
