Does anyone have a good pattern matching set of statements for identifying most browsers, just by browser "brand" (eg Netscape, IE, etc). I've played with using browscap.ini but the trouble with finding an up to date version and not wanting to deal with maintenance is hindering that option. I also don't need anything as robust as browserhawk. I just need a simple method of identifying the browser. Anyone got this?
