Link an e_mail

Hello I'm working with forms, but I dont know How can I do a link of the_mail addres in a Froum.
the code is:
<td><b><font size=+2>Link:</font></b></td>
<td><input type=text name=link size=20 maxlength=30></td>
But I want that this "Link" can be linked to the Web Page of this person.
And I want to to the same with the e_mail. Thanks.

links to regular web pages look like this:

links to email addresses look like this:

<A HREF = "mailto:[e-mail]">linkText</A>

of course, these are enclosed in the tags of the page.
