Need Message Board!!

Hello, I do not have my own web server, my website is hosted by a comany called f2s.com, I really need a message board that is easy to set up, allows people to reply to other messages, and possibly mails when a reply is made. It would also be great if it looks nice to, please help, thankyou!

You can manage it through a browser, and most of the config can be done by you, whether or not you actually have access to the box.

You can also try ezboard if you don't mind having it hosted somewhere else - along with some banner ads. It's easy to setup and administer and has the functionality you're talking about.
