how to mail to someone according to date. for example i want to mail at date 03/10/2001 automatically.how to do this without accessing my crond.
help me plz.

You can't.
If someone clicks something you can check the date and if its 03-10-01 then you mail something. Otherwise its not possible without using crontab.
