timeout

I want to check the idle time of a web page,
and if say it's greater than 5 minutes,
to refresh the page.

Any one know if this is possible.

you may just want to put this tag at the top of your page:

<meta http-equiv="REFRESH" content="300; url=http://your-url.com">

which will automatically refresh the page every 300secs (5 mins)
