Hmm... pretty cool.
Perhaps you can add a text line for the progress. Basically, for the In-Progress requests, you can add a line which says what is happening at the moment. Meaning internal notes for the person processing the request.
This way if multiple people handle a request they know where the other person left off.
Maybe you already have this and I overlooked it. In that case, forget the suggestion :-)
