WebTV(ya I know I know) and PHP?

Can WebTV users access/use PHP pages, does anyone know? I searched around and came up empty handed.

Looks to me, right now, that WebTV can't convert a space to %20 when passing tokens that use the username. But I could be wrong. Hard to decipher what exactly WebTV can or can't do.

Any information you guys can provide me with would be much appreciated.

PHP is parsed by the server, so the only thing you have to worry about is making sure WebTV can view the HTML (and use forms, try htmlentities() on get strings).

Personally I don't really worry too much about WebTV users since they are [usually] a very marginal crowd and it's almost not worth it to code JUST for them...

I have a site that has a regular webtv crowd, of course the webtv side of the site (browser sniff/redirection) is quite different due to the way webtv displays html. There is a tool out there I picked up called webtv simulator, not sure of where I got it, but do a search and it should turn up. Hope that is some help.
