Date function

The server where my site is hosted is 5 hours off in time difference, how do I modify this script so that it displays my time, and not the servers. Thanx!

From the manual on the date page I got this:
Z - timezone offset in seconds (i.e. "-43200" to "43200"). The offset for timezones west of UTC is always negative, and for those east of UTC is always positive.
