Help,
I am working on darwin/os x and have a known bug with the mktime command. On os x mktime does always return the correct date. This is a open bug in the both the PHP and Apple Open Source bug tracking systems and has been for a quite a long while.
Does anyone have orknow of a another way to accomplish the mktime command with using mktime? Before I sit down and try and right my own version I just wanted to find out if one already existed?
