sending mails using qmail

hi
can anyone tell me how to install qmail.I am using red hat linux 7.0.I have downloaded the tar file from qmail.org.But i could not install it properly.Is there any rpms available for qmail.If so where can i get those rpms.Please guide me on some installation procedures for installing qmail.Your help will be much appreciated.
