How do I set the font in the mail() func

How do I set the font in the mail() function.
I want different fonts.....
this is the code i use:

mail("[e-mail]", "Test mail", "\n Varsling fra Servicesenteret i Avanserte Nettjenester \n\n

"From:[e-mail]@telenor.com \nContent-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1\nContent-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit");

the \nCOntent** is because of the Nordic char set.

I figured it out my self:

I just changed the text/plain
to:

nContent-Type: text/html
