No-cache header?

Hello everyone,

What do I have to write in top of my script, if I want Explorer to reload the site when the use hit RELOAD?? I think it is something called "no-cache header".

URL= the url to refresh
SECONDS= how long the browser should wait before refreshing, in seconds (obviously) 🙂
