UPLOAD PROBLEM

I'm having this weird problem, when i'm at the company where the server is and i want to upload a file large than 1Mb a message like this returns "Network error, conection reset by peer", well i know the error is not in the script because i tried at home and it works just right. Can someone tell me what the problem is?

Could be a firewall setting at the company. They might stop any traffic that is over a certain size. Talk to the companies network admin.
