subtotalling a result array

Hello,
Forgive me if I ask something stupid, I am fairly new to PHP.

I am trying to set up a fantasy grand prix website and have all the data ready in four seperate tables in Mysql. I have joined them and get results in the form of team_id, team_name, team_choice, and score.
Each team has a unique ID and is made up of five components, each with a score.

I can easily display a list of each component and the score but I'm not sure how to go about creating a subtotal for each team.

Any ideas, greatly appreciated

Just to make things clearer:

I would be okay just listing the team name and it's total but the result I'm after is:

Team Name
Choice1 Choice1score
Choice2 Choice2score
Choice3 Choice3score
Choice4 Choice4score
Choice5 Choice5score
Total
Then this repeated for each team
