passing javascript arrays to php

good day,

 can anyone help me with this? i'm having trouble passing the javascript variable array to php(server-side)..

//this is just a sample
x[1]="sffdddddddddddd,dddddddddd,dddddd";
x[2]="fsfsfsfsf,sfsfsfsfsf,fsfsfsfsf,sss";
x[n]="fsfsfsf,fsfsfsfs,fsfsf,sfsf";

hh_passed.value = x; //hh_passed as hiddenfield

output: but when i try to echo...

undefined variable $hh_passed is the output..

and when i try to use the explode function.. it outputs the:

 warning undefind offset at line ....

i think i have found a way but problem is it limits the display of items, it always displays an error like this,

undefined offset at line 6
undefined offset at line 7
undefined offset at line 8

when i tried to echo it of more than 5

does anyone have an idea to this? i would appreciate it if you include a solution

you can't do that... once the page is loaded and javascript is executing, php is done its work

to be honest I'd try and use hidden vars without arrays;-P seriously though, where are the array's vals coming from and you want to submit them as part of a form?
