NT Authentication with asp

I want to make it possible that users that are in an Access database get access to a specific directory on an IIS 5.0 server via one NT user account. The fun is that it is possible then that you can add as many users via an asp administration page, who have then access to one directory, without making extra NT user accounts.

Is there anyone who has a solution for my problem.

u anyway have one user account

u can have list of users
and who ever logs in check for their entry
in Access and once it is found
allow them to access that particular directory
