HTML 4.0 Validation for Java Script

Greetings -

I am working on Site Validation using www.w3.org. The following codes have errors in them:

...script3&amp;site=46939747&amp;category=en;female;3'> </script>

             and

<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript">

The following error message appears:

'Required attribute "TYPE" not specified'

The error message shows after codes: 1) ...female;3'> and
2) ..."JavaScript">

What needs to be added? Thank you for any assistance received.
