How to check for REFRESH in banner exch.

Hello!
I am building banner rotate system and i have to check, if user is refreshing banners on his page or using more that 1 time on page. I guess there should be any method to check for REFRESHes and/or multiple views of banner on page. Anyone knows?

You could check it by checking the http_refferer from the environment variables. If it's the same: refresh. Or you could check it with some kind of cookie system.
