Update file

Hi,
I have a problem and I don't know how to resolve it. I have a file (for example "text.txt") that contain html tags. I put this file in a textarea without the html tags. The user can add or delete all they want in the text. When he click on "update", I want to update the file but I must put the html tags that I retrieve before. How can I do that. I have trie many thing but any of them work.

how can your script know where to put tags??? it cant...

you can tell user to insert marks if he wants tags to go around that text later, like:

hello, i want this to be #bold# and this to be %italic%

and then replace that. i dont really get this one.

Hi,

Simple let the TAG's in the textarea. And tell your ppl not to delete them.

As Matjaz said your script can't know where to put the TAG's without more info.
