fopen errors

Hi,

I recently wrote some php scripts that used fopen() to open web pages from other sites to clip content. It worked fine, but when I moved the php files over to another server, I started getting Warnings and errors opening the files. Anyone have any idea why that would be? Sometimes I get an "Error 0". What error is that?
