passing multiple variables to a pop up

Can someone please give me a coding example of passing multiple variables to a pop-up window from the main page. I would like to pass them using $variables. Cant seem to find this anywhere. thanks

Umm I belive that session variables will work..
I am unsure about that, ASP session variables will not transfer to a POP up..
Because with ASP a new window is a new session
But with PHP a session uses your cookies
So i belive that session veriables will work for ya.
