Form popup value

I have a form popup with different values.

When I retrieve the information from the MYSQL database the form popup should give me the selected value from the popup but I can't get it to work.

Form is a html file with php values.
Text field works just fine when retreived but not the popup.

Any ideas?

WHat does it return?

I'm guessing that your html file is not being parsed and therefore not returning values. Another possibility is that it is returning NULL values and therefore appears to not be returning anything. Check your PHP code.
