output to a port

Hi, I'm trying to check an number and if the number is correct i want's to have an output to the parallel-port. Under C it is possible with the outp and outpb command. Do have someone have experiences with things like that? Is it perhaps possible with JavaScript / Visual-Basic-Script?

Yesterday I tried to read a Port with PHP, I asked on various forums and tried various method...but it didn't work.
If I couldn't read a port, I assumed you will not be able to output on it 🙁

write your the output to the parallel-port in a C-programm and then execute the progamm in your PHP script
