PHPNuke error. got adivce?

Recently I was configuring the latest PHP Nuke 4.4 (from PHPNuke.org) and when I goto my admin.php to set it up, I get this error:

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: translate() in /home/websites/www/sitetest/themes/ExtraLite/header.php on line 10
"

I have ran into this problem in the past with the translate function and I am wondering if anybody here who has PHPNuke experience can help me fix this. thx.

Are you sure its not fixed in the latest 5.x release of PHPNuke from http://www.phpnuke.org?

You may want to try that, since I haven't touched PHPNuke in a while.
