Mail() Works on to My Email Address

I'm using Windows NT, Apache, and PHP4. The Mail() Function will send email to my address using the following line:

mail ("[e-mail]", "Subscribe", "Subscribe", "From: $email\r\n");

But, if I change the email address to the following, it fails.

mail ("[e-mail]", "Subscribe", "Subscribe", "From: $email\r\n");

The error I get is below:

Warning: Server Error in ... on line 3.

Any idea why I can only send email to myself?

I seem to have the same problem, Joel. Have you found an answer in the meantime? Any suggestions are welcome...
