copy() question

I got a copy($orig_filename, $new_filename) function, I am wondering, what is the max. file size i can upload to server?

Because, everytime when the user's attachmetn exceed 2MB, then I won't write to my server alrealdy. Why?

There's a limit specified in the upload tag, and another limit (that takes precedence) in php.ini itself. If you can't edit php.ini yourself, then you'll have to plead with your provider to bump up the limit for you.
