Sending attached files

Hello, is it possible to convert the followin scritp to also send a attached file to me, the file comes from a form.

$recipient = "[e-mail]";
$subject = "this is my subject";
$message = "this is my html message\n";
$xheaders .= "From: Adsales <[e-mail]>\n";
$xheaders .= "X-Sender: <[e-mail]>\n";
$xheaders .= "X-Mailer: PHP\n"; // mailer
$xheaders .= "Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1\n"; // Mime type
$mail = mail($recipient,$subject,$message,$xheaders);

Well, if you do a search on "email attachment", you get:
