About header() and cache

This id exampe from manual to disable cache:

header ("Expires: Mon, 26 Jul 1997 05:00:00 GMT"); // Date in the past
header ("Last-Modified: " . gmdate("D, d M Y H:i:s") . " GMT"); // always modified
header ("Cache-Control: no-cache, must-revalidate"); // HTTP/1.1
header ("Pragma: no-cache"); // HTTP/1.0

Does any body know if it is working in Netscape? And if not - how to disable cache then there?

Thanks, this all is really useful for me - for I always have to ask users to turn of cache :-) Now, I hope, they will not have this headache and I will get a little bit closer to what can be called "php-programmer"...

Sorry, I decided to make everything clear about header() :-)
So, the question is: what should be sent first - headers or cookies? Or do I read manuals inattentively?

Cookies are sent inside HTTP header block.
So when you call some subsequent Header() or setcookie() functions nothing is sent before any output is sent to the browser. In other word before echo,print or raw html output is sent to the browser. When PHP meet first output PHP generates the whole header and send it to the browser. After that you will be unable to send more header information.
There is no limit how header or setcookie you will call.
When you call setcookie('brbr','brbr'....); you call header(); but all the needed data is put in order by PHP. You can set cookie using Header(""); but how you can find in php.net.
