I am having a problem using the IMap functions connecting to a POP server. It appears that both the MsgNum and UID are the same. I was expecting these two numbers to be different. My understanding is that MsgNum is a number that will change, depending on the number of messages in the folder and UID is a number that is given to a message when it is received and will never change.
When I use the IMAP functions, these two numbers always come back the same.
Has anyone ever seen this before.
