Here in Sweden the week begins with the week day Monday, not Sunday as in many other places.
This causes some problem with week numbers.
January 1st 2001 in Sweden was week 1, because it was a Monday and therefore the first day of the month and year.
But in PHP says it's week 53, because then the Monday is the second day of the week, but the first day of the year.
How can I make the week from Monday to Sunday, instead of Sunday to Saturday?
