Currency formatting

There was a question just like this one few weeks ago... But it's damn hard to find something on this forum... It would be very nice if someone could help me.

I've gor numbers like this: 78967.0 USD
And would like numbers like this: 78.967,00 USD

In the old post there was a simple, yet cool function that made this... But I'm getting old so, please... 😉

take a look at the php function numberformat().
