Request: Generate htaccess_log with PHP

I'd like to have a PHP script that I can include in my website so it will generate a htaccess style log file that can be parsed by the analyzers out there.

Does anybody know a PHP script that can generate such a log?

to prepare it ..
you must have a mysql table "admin" with the 2 rows:
- name
- pass

later ..
