outputing arrays within MAIL()

I have this array

I need to output the results within MAIL()

My question is, How do I create a variable that I can place in the MAIL() function so I can email the results?

The output of the array is different every time, sometimes it is 3 elements and sometimes it is all 20 elements.

I hope I am explainig this properly

any help is appreciated(need to seep some time)
