I'm a stupid Newbie...help

This may seem to be the stupidest php coding question ever...but I'm learning =)

Here it is..
I want to change the font, size, colour of this statement

Print "Hello $username, and Welcome to the our site";

yes yes its a stupid question...but I need a answer 🙁

btw. I searched before I got here but NO one has a BASIC structure for this.

php doesn't do font, size, or colour because thats done by the clients browser. use html tags to change how the fonts look when the users see them.

echo "Hello $username, and welcome to our site!";
