Problem With Session

hi !

i am using session for login script in my website. Kindly advice me which is best aproach:-

a- starting session and registering variables for session and using it every where.

b- just start session and checking session id on every page to see wheather session is started or not.

I think it's a good idea to use sessions on every page, even if the user hasn't logged in yet. It doesn't hurt much and will make your code cleaner and easier to maintain.
