Template for submitting HTML into

I do not know how to explain this.
I run a game cheat website, and I am getting tired of hand-coding each of my cheat pages. My basic layout (template) is this:<head><title>CheatsWorld - the game has just begun</title>

Using sort of a form method, (like NewsPro), how can I submit the cheats, have them made into a new page with a (specified within the form).html extendsion, and inserted into the area . Example:
<form submit="url">
<field value="name">Title of the .html page that would be created</field>
<field value="cheats">Cheats that would be submitted into the "" value</field>

So, lets say I used this imaginary form of mine. The title was say.. blackandwhite. The cheats were: foo. It would then create a page named blackandwhite.html, and the coding would be:

This pretty much just opens up a text file, and coughs in the appropriate HTML, combined with the variables from your submitting PHP script. Note that wherever there is a \$ sign, you need to make that the name of your form field (excepting the \$file variable). I made them the same as the HTML you provided. I would personally suggest putting this in a database, but this also works; I'd also suggest putting the cheat files into some different directory

The cheat files are put into their own directories, categorized by their game system.

It uses the variables in c.php (the script that you created). It does not seem to create an output page.

::Make sure you have webserver write permissions for the folder you're putting the cheats into; i find that if php is writing to the disk, the folder must have permissions 7x6 (all for you, write/view for world, something for group).
